rhudeofficials.store accepts returns on most merchandise within seven days of delivery.
In the case that you have received your purchase more than seven days ago, we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
Your order will be subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Unless otherwise specified, products must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they were received. To be considered original, the product must have an attached tag.
You can return your product by emailing order @ rhudeofficials.store. If your claim is approved, a support representative will send you a return label. You must include your order number in your email whenever you return something.
After preparing your return, drop it off at your local post office. Our Virginia warehouse receives all returns. In 1-2 weeks, your return will arrive at our warehouse. The shipping method you use may impact the arrival time of your return.
When your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for it to be inspected and processed. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Your bank should be contacted if your refund does not appear within 3-5 business days.
Returns from abroad are accepted at rhudeofficials.store. Customers are responsible for all fees, unless otherwise stated.
We will provide an unpaid return label as soon as possible if you choose to return your product via email at order @rhudeofficials.store.
The only styles that can be exchanged are those purchased from rhudeofficials.store. A new order must be placed if you would like to order a different style. The return shipping fee and restocking fee are not charged for exchanges.
